Internet Explorer "Page Cannot be Displayed" Error may be displayed after installing Security Update 933566.

Problem:
Microsoft has identified a potential emerging customer support issue after the installation of the recent Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer - 933566.
The symptoms of this issue include customers receiving “Page Cannot be Displayed” after installing the update.

Symptom:
Internet Explorer Error: Page cannot be displayed.

Discussion:
Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer - 933566 may conflict with firewall applications which have an equivalent Phishing Filter feature.
An updated Ieapfltr.dat file for the Microsoft Phishing Filter is included in this security update.

Workaround:
*Disable Phishing filter in Internet Explorer
*Uninstall conflicting firewall applications
*Uninstall Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer - 933566

Microsoft is currently investigating the issue and will provide additional information as it becomes available.
