Problem:
Customers complain that when accessing certain web pages Internet Explorer crashes with little or no explanation.
Discussion:
Research indicates that the problem is rooted in IE plugins for FLASH 6 not being compatable with the Flash scripting on the page.
Resolution:
In internet Explorer, disable the FLASH plugins (Tools, Manage Add Ons, Disable or Enable Add ons) and disable any Flash Add on. Then download and install the latest Flash Player from adobe.com.
